Q. How much does it cost for me to join AVON?

A. AVON is FREE to try. There are no upfront costs.
There is 4 starter kits to choose from, ranging from £15 to £160 you have 13 days to pay this off

Q. How much can I earn as a representative?

A. You earn from the first £ you sell. You can earn between 20% and 25% commission from your orders. The higher your total orders, the more you will earn.

Q. Do I need to buy stock?

A. No you do not, if you don't want to. You only order what your customers order from you.

Q. I am really keen to increase my income, how quickly can I get started?

A. Just fill in the Apply form and one of our friendly team will contact you as soon as possible. We always aim to contact within 24 hours of receiving an application. If you have Photographic ID, we can get your business set up remotely within 15 minutes.

Q. How often do I have to place an order?

A. The Avon brochure changes every 3 weeks. You are able to place orders as frequently as you want to (terms may apply around delivery costs depending on order value). If you need to miss a brochure order for any reason (holiday, sickness etc) this is not an issue.

Q. Can I return a used product?

A. Yes, AVON has a 100% money back guarantee for you & your customers even if the product has been used. Faulty products have a 12 month guarantee. However, if you or a customer doesn't like a colour, shade, style or size and changes their mind, it can be returned within 28 days.

Q. How / when do I pay AVON for my order?

A. You will receive an invoice from AVON with your delivery confirming what you owe for the products you have ordered. This invoice will also confirm when payment is required by - giving you time to deliver to the customers and collect their money. You can pay online or over the phone by debit or credit card.

Q. Do I have to pay for deliveries?

A. Orders over £30 are free of charge for the first order each brochure and then £1.50 for each subsequent order over £30. If you only place one order each brochure and it is over £30 you get free delivery.
If you have any returns, you hand these to your delivery driver - they cost you nothing.

Q. Do I need to drive?

A. No! There are plenty of ways to sell, recruit and earn even if you can't drive.

Q. How do I sell AVON?

A. AVON offer Flexible selling.
You can have an AVON account for your own personal use.
You can sell to your network - friends. family, colleagues etc.
If you would like to canvass local roads, areas are available.
You can sell online only through your My Avon Store.
YOU choose how you want to sell - with or without brochures.

Q. What if I decide AVON is not for me?

A. There is no contractual tie-in and you are able to leave anytime you need to.
